Due to the unique nature of personalized gifts, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been customized specifically for you. This includes any engravings, prints, or other personalizations. We encourage you to double-check all spelling, dates, and shipping details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
If your personalized gift arrives damaged or defective, or if we have made an error in the personalization please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly make it right!
