1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on the item purchased and your location. Your gift will be carefully packaged and shipped via a trusted courier service, such us USPS, NHL & UPS. Orders are processed within 4-8 business days and shipped within 2-6 business days to the USA, 6-10 business days to Canada, and 10-15 business days to Australia. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. At times multiple items purchased together may ship separately, if this occurs, you will receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Please note that international orders may experience longer shipping times due to customs clearance. International shipping may also incur additional fees and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's import regulations.

2. Can you rush my order?

We are unable to rush orders at this time. We are currently working on adding this service. Once this service is ready, we will let you know through our newsletter and instagram page.

3. Can I change my details after placing my order?

Orders enter production immediately after purchase, so we are unable to make any changes to the engraving/personalization details or shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is entered correctly and completely by double-checking spelling, dates and the shipping address before completing your purchase. 

4. Do you have this item in Spanish?

We are fully bilingual! Please reach out if you are looking at an item not currently listed in our Spanish collection. To view our full collection of Spanish items, just type "Spanish" at the search bar at the top of our website. 

5. Do you carry gift cards?

We do! You can purchase them by clicking on our gift cards page found at top menu of our website. Our gift cards come in a variety of ranges to fit every budget. All gift cards expire 1 year from the time of purchase. 

6. Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

Yes, we do! We send out our best coupon codes periodically through our newsletter. Scroll to the bottom of our website to sign up and save!

7. How do I care for my jewelry?

Follow these general jewerly care tips to ensure your jewelry remains beautiful and durable:

1. Store Properly: When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch.

2. Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the jewelry. Avoid using jewelry cleaners or abrasive materials to clean your jewelry.

3. Avoid Contact with Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaners, perfumes, or hairspray.

4. Keep Dry: Remove your jewelry before activities like bathing or swimming.
